Does Betterposter offer free shipping?
Yes, Betterposter offers free shipping for orders over €59. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €5.95 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is usually sent to a printing company on the same day. The total delivery time is on average 3–5 business days.
What shipping options are available?
We currently only offer a flat-rate standard shipping option. This includes an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days and costs €5.95.
Which delivery services does Betterposter use?
In most cases, Betterposter uses the services of Deutsche Post. Depending on the region, other carriers may be used if they offer a better rate.
How can I track my order?
Once your product has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Please note that depending on the shipping company, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Can I modify or cancel my order afterward?
Yes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can modify or cancel your order before production begins.
Can I enter a different shipping address?
Yes, you can enter a different shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before the package is shipped.
Do you deliver internationally? If so, to which countries and at what cost?
Betterposter delivers to all European Union countries. In most cases, we use a flat shipping fee of €5.95, which is waived for orders over €59.
Can I choose express delivery?
We do not currently offer express delivery.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Delivery services usually make multiple attempts. If you are unavailable multiple times, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you via email. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel your order.

What sizes are available for posters?
Our range includes various formats, including square, portrait, and landscape posters in the sizes 21 × 30 cm, 30 x 40 cm, 50 x 70 cm, 70 x 100 cm.
What materials are used for the posters?
Our posters are printed locally and sustainably on FSC-certified matte paper. It weighs 250 g/m² and comes from sustainable forestry.
What sizes are available for canvas prints?
We offer various sizes, including square, portrait, and landscape formats in the sizes 21 × 30 cm, 30 x 40 cm, 50 x 70 cm, 70 x 100 cm.
What materials are used for the canvases?
Our canvases are made locally and sustainably from FSC-certified wood from responsible forestry. The canvas material weighs 250 g/m² and consists of a polyester and sustainable cotton blend.
Are posters and canvases available with frames?
We currently do not offer frames, but we plan to introduce them in summer 2025.
How are posters and canvases packaged to avoid damage?
Our posters are usually shipped securely in a mailing tube. Canvases are packed in boxes with reinforced corners and bubble wrap.
Are your products sustainably produced?
Yes, our products are locally and sustainably produced using FSC-certified paper and wood from responsible forestry.
Do you offer custom or personalized prints?
We currently do not offer custom or personalized prints. However, feel free to contact our customer service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are your posters waterproof or UV-resistant?
All our posters have a protective coating that prevents damage and fading while providing a matte finish.

What payment methods does Betterposter accept?
Betterposter accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay. We also support payments via: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay.
Is there a minimum order value at Betterposter?
No, there is no minimum order value.
Can I pay with PayPal or Klarna?
Yes, PayPal and Klarna are both accepted payment methods.
Does Betterposter offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards for friends and family.
How do I redeem a voucher or discount code?
You can enter your voucher or discount code in the designated field at checkout.

Yes, you can combine multiple voucher codes in a single order.
Returns & Complaints
Do I have a right of return?
Yes, you have a 100-day return policy for purchases at Betterposter.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your order within our 100-day return period. Just contact our customer service, and we will assist you.
How does the return process work?
Once you have contacted our customer service and your return is approved, you will receive the return address. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will refund your payment.
How does the refund process work?
It’s simple! Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer you either a replacement or a refund.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy, such as for personalized products?
Yes, personalized products cannot be returned under our 100-day return policy, as they cannot be resold. However, if your personalized product is damaged or defective, we will offer a refund.
